phpstudy8.0开启ssl后设置http自动跳转https路径出错问题

如上图，80配置文件自动跳转规则少一个斜杠，导致自动跳转https出错

 RedirectMatch permanent ^/(.*) https://localhost$1

需要自行在$1处添加/

 RedirectMatch permanent ^/(.*) https://localhost/$1

希望下个版本官方能修复一下这个小bug
